Our tenured and clinically-trained Account Managers are passionate about helping our customers help their patients, with many of them having “hands-on” experience. It gives them the first-hand perspective of their customer’s challenges while providing real-world and practical solutions.
With Account Managers located throughout New England and remote support services to provide clinical-application support, the Patriot Medical team will:
Act as customer advisors
Consult on cost/quality trade offs
Provide in-service training on all shifts, 24 hours a day
Have knowledge of state and local requirements
Introduce new products and educate customers
Inform customers of best practices and industry changes
